The 2024 Parade of Homes featured over 70 new homes in more than 70 neighborhoods throughout the First Coast. At the Parade of Homes’ Awards Banquet, Providence took home two gold awards for Best Model for the Holly model in Woodland Park at Nocatee and the Ellaville model in Palm Crest at Nocatee. In addition, the judges determined a best feature inside each of our four model homes in Nocatee:
